WORKOUT MOTIVATION
ARE YOU DOING WHATEVER IT TAKES?!
Question. Are you truly doing whatever it takes to reach your goals now I'm gonna talk about bodybuilding but this goes for anything in life are you truly doing whatever it takes now whatever it takes. Obviously everyone has a different. Version of what that entails. Now as far as bodybuilding goes (http://www.webmd.com/fitness-exercise/features/steroid-doping-questions-answers). Whatever it takes I would say are you eating. 8 to 10 meals a day. Are you. The answer probably to 90 percent of the people out there is no I'm not eating that much. Okay are you training twice a day are you working out 3 to 4:00 hours a day 90 percent of people out there are going to say no I'm not working out that much.
Are you doing cardio. No I don't have time to do cardio 90 percent of the people will say now. It's very easy to say all they're taking steroids they're taking more drugs than me that's why they're up on the web no mother **** they're working harder. Give people credit where credit is due.
They are working harder than you they have been doing it longer than you they are willing to do whatever it takes now yes they buy steroids of course they do. But. Give credit where credit is due. These guys are training like maniacs they're eating like maniacs there on the step Mel for an hour a day some of them 2:00 hours a day have you ever written a stat bell get on that mother **** and write it for an hour straight and you'll see what I'm talking about it kicks your **** ****. And you know it's just if you if you have a goal in mind and you want to achieve that goal you have to be willing to do whatever it takes. And if you're not you're never going to reach that goal you're going to be the guy sit on the couch saying oh they're taken steroids that's why they're taking more steroids in me the only reason they're better than me is because they're taking more steroids. And that makes you feel better you feel okay about yourself now because you're saying to yourself that you work just as hard as them they're only better because they're taking drugs or they're taking more drugs guess why it wrong.
Wrong they're working harder admit that shit admit that you're not willing to do whatever it takes. You're not willing to do that you're not gonna work out for 3 or 4:00 hours you're not gonna be 8 to 10 meals a day you're not gonna get on the stat mail even in the off season and **** get on there and **** go to work for an hour. Now all you have at the step mail you know when you do cardio in the off season it burns and no it doesn't burn muscle that's an excuse to your lazy **** doesn't have to **** do this step mail. You know what I'm saying man up. Then I will do what it takes at least be willing to **** it man it.
Drive me **** crazy when people take credit away from people that are truly working their **** off. So. Do whatever it takes. Richard goals make your dreams come true in whatever it is in life. And you can always do more. And the biggest **** follow see a bodybuilding is this whole thing of you can do too much. I love you work out too much your overtraining. If you did not bullshit. That's for lazy **** people to say that shit all it's I've been trained in our better not training a longer because I'm gonna be overtraining and I'm gonna **** tear my muscles down. So you leave the Gen all you **** work out for 3 or 4 our words.
The more you put into anything the more you get out. And this is suppose to be motivational I'm not talking shit to people out there I'm motivating. And I'm waking people up. To understand that you need to do whatever it takes. If you're working on opening a business you need to be working on that shit 16 hours a day you wanna make that shit successful but you need be busting your ****. Doing whatever it takes putting everything into it otherwise your business will fail 80 percent of businesses fail why because people are willing to do whatever it takes (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trenbolone_acetate). If you want to do whatever it takes you will be successful when it comes the bodybuilding. Train 3 or 4:00 hours a day do the step millet **** hour in the off season ever eating **** 8 or 9 calories you're not gonna burn in the muscle you're turning your body into a **** machine your body is a **** machine. You're digesting food faster your bodies **** growing faster. That's what it is doing whatever it takes.
So if you're for don't fool yourself and think eating 3 calories a day 5 meals a day working out of our day means that you're a hardcore bodybuilding you're doing whatever it takes to achieve your goals when you get that ****. Fifth place trophy or you don't make top 5 ****. Face reality and realize you're not working hard on that. A **** get that first place trophy a real quick story. The last national show I competed and. I was talking to the winner back state. And Chris aceto was doing his **** diet and his training program okay and he said rich. I do this that mail an hour a day I do 5 units of insulin. Before I get on the step mail on an empty stomach. When it gets to that degree in this sport so I looked at him and I said you know what you deserve to **** win and that's when I made my exit the **** out of body going because I realize I'm not willing to do this shit. Spock I'm sorry but that's too much so I'm gonna go into something like **** open in the business but combined with things that I can put everything into it you know what I'm **** damn happy I made that this is.
